Taguhi Hakobyan

Taguhi Hakobyan (b. 1974) is a journalist and literary translator, by origin from Armenia’s southern border city Maghri.  She holds an MA in journalism from Yerevan State University. She has a certificate of graduation from Civic education’s school sponsored by the Council of Europe. Since 1995 she worked as a journalist in many local medias, such as Dprots weekly, Molorak daily, Hayastani Hanrapetutyun daily, Yerkrapah weekly, Hetq internet periodical, Zhamanak daily, Taregir daily, Hraparak daily, 1in.am web site. Her literary translations from German into Armenian had been anthologized and published in literary magazines, such as Artasahmanyan grakanutyun, Narcis, Garun, some of them are available online at Granish and Groghutsav.
